Porter Service Contract for daily, weekly, monthly services (policing of common areas to pick up loose trash and debris).

Bulk Trash Contract for removal of all bulk trash items on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (we can give a flat monthly fee for services to handle all bulk trash needs).

Pet Waste Station Contract for monitoring and servicing all pet waste stations on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Also includes stocking doggie bags for each station and emptying receptable of all trash.

After-Hours Lighting Inspection Contract for an inspection of all exterior building lights and parking lot and/or pole lights on a weekly or monthly basis.

After-Hours Parking Lot Enforcement Inspections Contract for possibly driving throughout community parking lots to tag/sticker vehicles illegally parked for a flat fee per month.

Clubhouse Inspections Contract for inspecting any clubhouse or pool house on a weekly or monthly basis for cleanliness, bathrooms, party clean-up inspections, drain standpipes for fire safety equipment.

Emergency Service Maintenance On-Call After-Hours – we provide after-hours emergency services to all Property Manager’s and Associations. We can handle the call and visit the property if necessary and facilitate mitigation/emergency services and provide a report and feedback to the Property Manager on-call.
